CALL TO DISTRICT 7 ARTS MEETING

Please review the following email from the district advisor regarding the February District 7 Meeting and Arts Competition.  We will need your completed form by our next meeting on FEB 2nd if you plan on entering a craft and your $30 if you plan on attending the meeting on FEB 21st.

Here is the official Call to February 21st District 7 Arts Meeting.  Attached you will find the Official Call, Registration Form, and everything you need for the Art Contest.    

Please EMAIL your art forms to GFWCJDD7@gmail.com.   Attached to this email, you will find a template for the category forms and entry cards. If you prefer to type in the information, you can save the completed Excel document and send it back to  Andrea directly.

Spring Convention is the weekend of May 1st.  If you win First place in the District, your art will be eligible to go to State. 

Please note we are meeting at a NEW location this year!!  It will be at the Conway Community Center in Orlando.  When you turn in your registration form, I will assign to your group a canned good to bring to donate to the church food pantry.
